Angus has more than two decades of development experience—including apartment communities, luxury high rise condominiums, single family subdivisions, commerce parks, resorts and restaurants.

Gary Stedman
Principal, Floridays Development Company
Gary has developed and operated large-scale resort communities in the Southeastern U.S. for over 25 years. His projects have included condominium, single-family, hotel and interval ownership components.

The Kaltenbachers and Roskamps are long-term residents of Sarasota and are partners in several developments including Floridays Orlando Resort and The Grande Riviera.
Phil Kaltenbacher has been a residential and commercial real estate investor and developer for over 40 years, and was an initial investor in and founding director of Chelsea Property Group. He is Chairman of Seton Company, a privately-held, major automotive supplier; and served as Chairman of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
